Scrum is a process that iteratively applies a set of best practices to work together and get the best results possible in a software development project. INERZA in its endeavor for continuous improvement, is still committed to base its work on methods to ensure quality, effectiveness and reducing development times. This training is to strengthen the effort for months had been doing the INERZA development team to implement SCRUM in software projects.
