As part of INERZA obligations as a company certified in ISO 9001 and 27001, in our process of continuous improvement in the management of the company. Inerza is constantly monitoring the quality indicators in place to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in all projects executed by the area of Systems and Engineering. For this we rely on the recommendations of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), for planning of all steps in the management of information technology services.
